Shipping & Returns

We process and ship orders within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary based on location and selected shipping method. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in original packaging. Due to health and safety regulations, opened supplements cannot be returned. To start a return, please contact our support team with your order number.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
